Once upon a time in a small gleaming metropolis
above the Potomac River (on Alpha Centauri), there
lived a billion green space bunny rabbits. These
space bunnies lived in no isolation whatsoever. They
regularly communicated (in English, not Russian) to
one another around their green space bunny rabbit
world. One day they decided to embark on a journey of
discovery and adventure. FoodleFoink, their leader
spoke to the many space bunnies on their world. He
inspired them to seek out new life and new
civilization, and to boldly go where no green space
bunny rabbit had gone before. So a small group struck
out in search of adventure. Instead, they found
boredom. So they returned home and grew up in
relative obscurity as trash collectors. With this
experience they gained valuable insight into nothing
and lived long and fruitless lives receiving junk
mail from a variety of obscure vendors.
The Author wishes in no way to condone the seeking
of adventure and new life. This was an isolated
incident and should never have happened. Beware of
green space bunnies and inspiring speeches that they
make about adventure in space. The Author would also
wishes in no way to belittle the junk mail vendors of
the world as they provide a valuable service from
which we all benefit. Thank you...
