RCM was established in the early 1980's and has been providing the pipelay industry with powerful software.  Robert Malahy, company founder, has strove to provide the Oil Industry with tools to efficiently and quickly design offshore pipelines.

RCM is located in Houston, TX and is close to the focus of the United States offshore oil business in the Gulf of Mexico.
