The cost of annual
maintenance, which includes user support plus annual program updates, is 15% of the
current license fee. The above perpetual license fees include maintenance and free program
updates for one (1) year and is valid for three (3) months from the date of this
quotation. Delivery is normally 10 working days from receipt of your purchase order, a signed
